International Shipping
We offer international delivery for natural Ceylon sapphires and rare gemstones, and assist clients with the necessary export documentation and shipping arrangements. Each shipment is carefully packaged and sent using insured and trackable delivery services.
Insured shipping is included in the price of your gemstone — there is no separate shipping charge added at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and the nature of the shipment.

Returns
Eligible gemstones can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and include all original documents.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for any returned gemstone.
Gemstones that have been altered, mounted, damaged or otherwise modified after purchase may not be eligible for return. Certain special-order, privately sourced or customised gemstones may have different return conditions, which will be communicated before purchase.

For higher-value gemstones, we encourage clients to review the available photographs, videos, measurements, treatment information and laboratory documentation before completing their purchase.
